Ketentuan Penggunaan (Term of Use) Situs Web BMKG

  1. Umum
  • 1.1 Badan Meteorologi, Klimatologi, dan Geofisika (BMKG) menyediakan data dan informasi meteorologi, klimatologi, dan geofisika sebagai bentuk pelayanan publik sesuai peraturan perundang-undangan.
  • 1.2 BMKG berkomitmen menjaga ketersediaan layanan informasi. Perubahan teknis hanya dilakukan untuk pemeliharaan sistem atau peningkatan kualitas layanan demi kepentingan publik.
  1. Metode Akses dan Hak Penggunaan
  • 2.1 Layanan pada situs web ini dioptimalkan khusus untuk interaksi langsung oleh pengguna (manusia) melalui peramban web (web browser) atau aplikasi resmi secara manual.
  • 2.2 Penggunaan program, skrip, agen pengumpul data, atau “robot” untuk tujuan pengambilan data otomatis, pemindaian, atau “scraping” pada antarmuka web ini tidak diperkenankan.
  • 2.3 Pengguna dilarang menggunakan alat otomatis yang dapat membebani infrastruktur server sehingga berisiko menghambat akses publik terhadap informasi keselamatan dan peringatan dini.
  1. Integritas Produk Kartografi, Infografik, dan Materi Edukasi
  • 3.1 Seluruh Produk Kartografi (seperti citra radar, citra satelit, shakemap gempa bumi, prediksi hujan), Infografik (seperti fakta perubahan iklim, cuaca ekstrem), serta Materi Edukasi (seperti poster/buku mitigasi gempa tsunami, buletin iklim) adalah aset negara yang dikelola BMKG dan dilindungi hak cipta.
  • 3.2 Dilarang menghapus, menutupi, atau memodifikasi logo BMKG, tanda air (watermark), serta identitas hak cipta pada data dan gambar tersebut.
  • 3.3 Dilarang melakukan pemotongan (cropping) pada bagian mana pun dari produk tersebut yang mengakibatkan hilangnya konteks informasi, peringatan dini, atau identitas sumber resmi.
  • 3.4 Seluruh produk harus ditampilkan secara utuh sebagaimana aslinya untuk menjamin akurasi informasi dan mencegah salah interpretasi di masyarakat.
  1. Kewajiban Atribusi dan Penggunaan Data
  • 4.1 Setiap penggunaan data BMKG untuk penyebarluasan informasi atau penelitian wajib mencantumkan atribusi secara jelas: “Sumber: BMKG”.
  • 4.2 Pengemasan ulang, integrasi ke aplikasi pihak ketiga, atau penggunaan data untuk tujuan komersial wajib melalui izin tertulis resmi dari BMKG.
  • 4.3 Penyebarluasan informasi wajib menjaga integritas isi data asli dan tidak mengubah makna yang dapat menyesatkan publik.
  1. Akses Resmi Machine-to-Machine (API) dan Kerja Sama
  • 5.1 Pengambilan data secara otomatis atau sistem-ke-sistem (machine-to-machine) wajib melalui jalur API resmi.
  • 5.2 Pengguna yang memerlukan akses data melalui API, integrasi sistem, atau kerja sama pemanfaatan data lebih lanjut wajib menghubungi bagian Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (PTSP) BMKG untuk pembahasan kerja sama lebih lanjut.
  • 5.3 Penggunaan API dan kerja sama data tunduk pada ketentuan teknis, administratif, serta regulasi Penerimaan Negara Bukan Pajak (PNBP) yang berlaku di lingkungan BMKG.

  • 1.2 BMKG is committed to maintaining the availability of information services. Technical changes are only conducted for system maintenance or service quality improvements in the public interest.
  1. Access Methods and Right to Use
  • 2.1 The services on this website are optimized specifically for direct interaction by users (humans) via a manual web browser or official mobile application.
  • 2.2 The use of programs, scripts, data collection agents, or “robots” for the purpose of automated data retrieval, scanning, or “scraping” on this web interface is not permitted.
  • 2.3 Users are prohibited from using automated tools that may place an excessive load on the server infrastructure, thereby risking the obstruction of public access to safety information and early warnings.
  1. Integrity of Cartographic Products, Infographics, and Educational Materials
  • 3.1 All Cartographic Products (such as radar imagery, satellite imagery, earthquake shakemaps, rainfall predictions), Infographics (such as climate change facts, extreme weather), and Educational Materials (such as earthquake/tsunami mitigation posters/books, climate bulletins) are state assets managed by BMKG and are protected by copyright.
  • 3.2 It is prohibited to remove, obscure, or modify the BMKG logo, watermarks, or copyright identities attached to such data and images.
  • 3.3 Cropping any part of these products in a manner that results in the loss of information context, early warnings, or official source identity is strictly prohibited.
  • 3.4 All products must be displayed in their entirety as originally presented to ensure information accuracy and to prevent public misinterpretation.
  1. Attribution Obligations and Data Usage
  • 4.1 Any use of BMKG data for information dissemination or research must clearly include the following attribution: “Source: BMKG”.
  • 4.2 Repackaging, integration into third-party applications, or use of data for commercial purposes must obtain official written permission from BMKG.
  • 4.3 Dissemination of information must maintain the integrity of the original data content and must not alter the meaning in a way that could mislead the public.
  1. Official Machine-to-Machine (API) Access and Cooperation
  • 5.1 Automated or machine-to-machine data retrieval must be conducted through official API channels.
  • 5.2 Users requiring data access via API, system integration, or further data utilization cooperation must contact the BMKG One-Stop Integrated Service (PTSP) for further partnership discussions.
  • 5.3 The use of APIs and data cooperation are subject to the technical and administrative terms, as well as Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) regulations applicable within BMKG.
