Focus Group Discussion II on YMC IOP

Taken the moment of the last day of the IOP program, a second focus group discussion between BMKG-BPPT-JAMSTEC and stakeholders in Bengkulu Province was held on 15 January 2018. On that occasion, Dr. Kunio Yoneyama (JAMSTEC) presented an overview of the observation made during R/V Mirai cruise, whilst Mr. Warjono (BMKG Bengkulu Meteorological Station) shared the operators' experience in conducting the 8-times-a-day radiosonde observation in his Station with scientists from JAMSTEC-BPPT-BMKG HQ during the period. To conclude, Dr. Urip Haryoko officially closed the Bengkulu YMC IOP by thanking all stakeholders involved for their strong supports and high commitments which has enabled the whole program to achieve its goal and expected outcome.
